Our Platinum Card package is the ideal choice for those seeking comprehensive and complex healthcare security. It offers unlimited access to our specialist and diagnostic services. For adults, we provide emergency home visits when required, while for planned procedures we arrange premium-level hospital care with maximum attention and comfort. As part of the package, we also provide one comprehensive health screening examination per year, during which several examinations can be completed at one location, even within a single morning.
The Platinum Card is also available as a family package.
The package cannot be purchased by persons aged 70 or over.

Important information regarding hospital care
We would like to draw our clients’ attention to the fact that, despite our utmost efforts, the availability of hospital care depends on the available capacity of the contracted hospital concerned and on the organisation of the patient’s care pathway. Swiss’s contracted hospital partners reserve the right to refuse admission in cases where they do not have the appropriate facilities, capabilities or jurisdiction to provide the required care.
We value your time. Therefore, if you are unable to attend your screening examination, please notify us no later than 72 hours before the scheduled examination.
If you fail to attend the examination and have not notified us at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, the screening package will be deemed to have been used.

The Gold Card is a one-year, comprehensive healthcare package available for adults and families. The card provides up to 12 specialist consultations per year, emergency care, home visits, a wide range of laboratory tests, teleconsultations, as well as X-ray and ultrasound examinations at Swiss Premium Health Centers. In addition, it includes services from the Swiss family medicine practice, with unlimited GP consultations, blood tests, ECG, and prescription services.
Children are also eligible for complimentary care, including up to 9 pediatric consultations per year, laboratory tests, and teleconsultations.
