Do employees need to book appointments in advance for on-site examinations?
Yes, to maintain smooth clinic operations and minimize lost work time, examinations are arranged at pre-scheduled times through your internal corporate coordinator or via our online booking system.
What should employees bring with them to the examination?
Hungarian citizens should bring their social security (TAJ) card and a valid photo ID. For foreign employees, the passport or residence permit number will be recorded. We also ask employees to bring any relevant prior medical records and a current list of regular medications.
How are medical findings and fitness decisions delivered?
The medical fitness opinion is issued directly to the employee in paper and digital formats upon completion of the assessment. The employer receives an official, compliant fitness certification in accordance with applicable data privacy regulations.
Can we request single-day screening events without establishing a permanent clinic?
Yes, for corporate partners where maintaining a permanent on-site medical clinic is not practical, we organize periodic on-site screening days utilizing mobile medical teams or our mobile health screening bus.
