In accordance with statutory reporting requirements for the National eHealth Infrastructure (EESZT), Hungarian citizens must provide their Hungarian National Health Insurance Number (TAJ) as a prerequisite for receiving care, as well as valid official photographic identification to verify personal details for data protection purposes. For foreign nationals who do not hold a TAJ number, the passport or foreign travel document number will be recorded. Please also bring any relevant previous medical records, test results, or discharge summaries. Our customer care team will be happy to assist you during booking if you have any questions regarding specific requirements for your examination.

If this is your first visit to our clinic, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow adequate time for administrative check-in.

The discount applies to all specialist consultations and diagnostic imaging examinations (X-ray, mammography, ultrasound) across all Swiss Premium health centres. However, it does not apply to executive health screening packages, as these packages already incorporate preferential pricing. The discount is likewise excluded from client membership card purchases and selected complex dental treatment packages. Further details may be requested from our customer care team.

The Hegyvidék Card, available to residents of District XII, entitles cardholders to a 10% discount on specialist outpatient consultations at our Swiss Premium Buda health centre.

In addition to valid official identification, please be sure to bring the occupational health referral form issued by your employer, as our doctors issue statutory fitness-for-work certificates based on this document. If you already possess a personal vaccination booklet, please be sure to bring it along to your appointment.

You must fast for 6 hours prior to the ultrasound scan; only still, non-carbonated water may be consumed. Drinking sufficient still water is essential, as a fully distended urinary bladder is critical for evaluating pelvic structures. If you have diabetes, please consult your referring physician regarding whether to take your routine medication and consume breakfast prior to the scan.

Certain laboratory investigations require fasting, whereas others do not have dietary restrictions. Our customer care team will provide comprehensive pre-test instructions at the time of appointment booking.

Swiss Premium health centres have step-free building access; however, within the facilities, barrier-free access is not available to every consultation room, and accessible disabled toilet facilities are not provided. If you use a wheelchair, please notify our customer care team in advance when scheduling your appointment.

Valid personal identification documents for the minor are also required (official ID, TAJ card if applicable, and prior medical records).
